EACH 10' x 10' booth space is $2,000 for RCAT Members and $3,000 for NON-Members. ONLY RCAT Members are able to purchase three (3) or more 10' x10' booth spaces. Four (4) or more 10' x 10' spaces purchased together receive an additional discount (see complete details in registration form). Booth Equipment: Each 10” x 10” booth will be set with 8’ high black back drape, 36” high black side dividers. Booths 300 sqft or less will receive a 7" x 44" one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sq ft may receive an identification sign upon request. Note, the exhibit hall floor is NOT carpeted. Furnishings, booth equipment, carpet, and power, are NOT included in the purchase of your booth space. All items should be ordered directly from Freeman Decorating. All shipments should be coordinated through Freeman.
Payment / Cancellation Notice:
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 50% of the booth cost is due NOW to hold your space. The remaining balance is due in full by TBA. If the booth reservation is made after TBA, the full payment must be provided.Booth space will NOT be held without a fully completed registration form and 50% deposit.

INSTALLATION & DISMANTLE Displays may be set up starting on Wednesday, September 17, 2025: Large equipment and islands only will be loaded 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM with a prior reservation for early move in. All others from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Thursday, September 18, 2025 is from 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM. All exhibits must be set and ready before the Expo Grand Opening at 1:00 PM. The convention center cannot accept shipments in advance; all shipments must be coordinated with Freeman Decorating. Dis-mantle of displays may commence AFTER 2:00 PM on Friday, September 19, 2025 and must be completed by 6:00 PM. Early dismantle constitutes a breach of contract and requires the exhibitor to pay for the distraction to the exhibits (See Exhibitor Brochure for Rules and Regulations).
